The Androit Solution’s team consists of highly qualified and experienced professionals in the field of providing Assurance and Technology services. We are providing solutions, instead of providing software.

Functional Team

• This team co-ordinates and facilitates interaction with the Client’s team.
• It proposes a non-technical business solution to Clients, based on thorough study of Client’s operations and their perceived requirements.
• On Client’s approval, it will provide the clients’ requirements to the design team.
• It ensures that the specifications stated at this level are adhered to.

Design Team

• It will take inputs from both Clients as well as the Functional Team to produce the design specifications and documents effectively.
• It will separate a fresh development and assemble from the existing components.
• It will develop an effective prototype.
• It will conduct periodic review meetings with the development team as well as clients frequently and get feedbacks, ideas and opinions from them to improve designs more.
• It suggests and incorporates changes in the overall design from prototype to implementation.

Development Team

• It will suggest alternative algorithms to Project Leaders and implement if needed.
• It will carry out unit tests on the code generated by others in team to give their feedbacks.
• It will get feedbacks from the Team Leaders and implement them to give the best results.

Quality Control Team

• This team comprises experts to use specialized software for testing software performances.
• It will ensure that design and documentation standards are adhere to the client’s requirements.
• It will test each component separately and do their individual performance. Please have a look at the
  Appendix-B to see the tests conducted by this team.
• It will test the entire software iteratively for further improvements.

Implementation team

• This team comprises individuals from each of the above four teams.
• It will handle installation, training process and get feedbacks from our clients.
